We have a long term vision of working alongside our clients as they develop from youth to adult. It is this journey that drives our passion for not only working with our clients to seek job opportunities during their playing career, but in the years that follow as well.
By providing unique training camps for young players, we are setting ourselves apart from our competitors. Run with a holistic view, we understand that while not all attendees will go on to become first-grade players, the certainty that they will become better people within their communities is a huge motivator.

Kia Ora, I am Director and Founder of Inventus and an NRL accredited Agent. I started this company 7 years ago with a vision to change the game in terms of how agents support players through their NRL Journey. I am passionate about leadership and helping people see their full potential, upskilling and building business and life skills.Having a young family of my own I understand the importance of ensuring financial stability and planning for the furture.

Malo e Leilei , I have been in the NRL industry for over 25 years now and am an NRL accredited Agent and Inventus player welfare officer. I believe and advocate supporting our pacific youth in the game of NRL. Mental health and welfare are areas that are very close to my heart and I want to be able to assist where ever I can in this area to help our young boys through those tough times in the industry. I speak and understand fluent tongan so I am able to communicate with our tongan families and help them to understand the process of the NRL journey.

Transition
Talofa'lava, Kia ora and Ni Sa Bula. I am the Player and Family Support Co- ordinator for Inventus and I also assist with the transition of players and their families between clubs. My background is a multicultural one being brought up in the Pacific Islands. Firstly Apia,Samoa in my primary years, followed by Rotorua and Auckland, New Zealand- with my high school years being spent living in Suva, Fiji. Time was also spent living in Sydney, Australia as a newly wed with a two young children before settling back in Auckland New Zealand. I fully understand the emotional rollercoaster that is moving away from your home environment. My role is to help as much as I can leading up to and during the transition and settling process. I also run the Inventus Parents and Caregivers group and try my best to help support and help our Inventus Familys in anyway that I can.
JASON MCINTOSH-KERR
HIGH PERFORMANCE Specialist
Hi there, I'm Jason and Im proud to be a member of the Inventus Family. I bring to the table extensive sport science knowledge attained through Auckland University, Otago University and the CHEK Institute. Practical applications of this knowledge include Simple Science 2000 to 2012, Saint Kentigern College 2002-2010, South Sydney Rabbitohs NZ programme 2008-2017, and a number of Individual athletes as clients from 1998 to current. My role within Inventus is to utilise my extensive network of specialist coaches and consultants to share their knowledge to the Inventus Elite Programme and the Inventus School Holiday Training Programmes.
I will work with our contracted Inventus Players on their Individual Performance Plans.
